I offer a safe, collaborative space to help you get unstuck. My approach is strengths-based and holistic, drawing from narrative therapy, trauma-focused CBT, mindfulness, interpersonal psychotherapy, and somatic-informed care. Working with individuals, adolescents, couples, and families across diverse backgrounds, and have led group therapy and youth mentoring programs. I also write about the intersection of motherhood and mental health.
